The St. Joseph Worker Program, a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and supported by the Ministries Foundation, is a year-long service program that places women in volunteer internships at non-profits throughout the Twin Cities area. Focusing on Leadership, Community, Justice, and Spirituality, the St. Joseph Workers live out the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

The St. Joseph Worker Program gives women the opportunity to give back to their communities while preparing them for lives of service, leadership, and advocacy. More than 160 women have completed the program with 85-90% of alums working for non-profit, spirituality, and advocacy work.
