Our theme today is Gratitude. Gratitude for the season ahead, the season behind, and the beginning of this Advent Season. Many of us are lucky enough to have all that we need: a roof over our head, food in the cupboards, heat during the cold of winter, and a community surrounding us with support. Advent is a time to reflect on what we have and be thankful for our bounty. It also asks us to think about how we could share some of what we have with those that have not.
